Because the entire CHP sits directly upstream of boiler fuel supply, an unplanned stoppage anywhere in this chain — a failed pulley shaft, a crusher rotor failure, or a stacker-reclaimer structural issue — has a genuinely immediate consequence for plant fuel availability and, ultimately, generation capacity factor, which is why component reliability across CHP equipment carries production-critical weight for power plant operators.
